Mechanics and logic of binaural rendering.
HRTF models: practical applications and limitations.
Localization cues: controlling orientation, distance, and elevation.
Critical monitoring: high-fidelity strategies outside of ideal environments.
Outcome
By the end of the course, you’ll be able to evaluate and use binaural tools with technical judgment, understanding what they accurately represent, what they don’t, and how to integrate them into broader immersive workflows.
